Well I felt like the All Black team of the last few world cups when I choked at the critical point in the world cup tasters competition. Big crowds, cameras and commentary made for a few nerves.
Strategy gone out the window and a random need to wizz through the set as fast as possible ended up not being the winning formula.
In saying all that it was a great event and a great experience, we made some good friends and would love to do it over again (maybe a little differently) if I had the chance.
A huge congrats to the winner from Greece who not only won the comp but was also the main entertainment throughout the 3 days. My money was on Japan who was clinical until the last day. A big thanks to the NZCRA for all its support.
