Full day training of new WBC Rules & Regulations, sensory & technical scoresheets includes lunch and an at home open book written assessment.
The workshop is a prerequisite for anyone intending to judge at the Huhtamaki NZ Barista Championship. It is also highly recommended for competitors as there is a significant amount of new information in the newly released Rules & Regulations and scoresheets.
