Today, the only real difference is we have a lot more friends around the globe to learn things from and to share ideas with.
As a coffee company we get to build friendships with a huge variety of interesting and talented people who are embarking on new adventures every day. From coffee lovers through to coffee farmers, we get to connect these people and it is such a humbling and inspiring privilege.

John Burton started the company in 1985 with a vision to build a coffee industry within New Zealand and create a community around the iconic ‘coffee’ beverage. The company is a leading supplier of green coffee beans, delivering the best and most varied range available from around the world to New Zealand’s top coffee roasters. We work with many different roasters from boutique to large-scale operators, and import a range of green beans including Specialty, Fair-trade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified. We love to connect consumers from crop to cup, and are invested in every aspect of this process.
Having built our new state of the art office and warehouse facility in early 2016, it holds approximately 18,000 bags of green coffee and is a great place for coffee lovers to unite and drink great coffee. The 2017 home to the NZ Brewers Cup!
