Last year we had our second New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association (NZSCA) recognition awards where the NZSCA recognised and acknowledged the individuals within New Zealand that give back to the industry. Without these individuals, we would not be where we are today. You can read more about previous recipients 2017 here> and inaugural awards of 2016 here>
Our recognition awards celebrate and reward individuals who have made a significant contribution to our industry.
This year we would like our members and coffee professionals to put forth the names of the individuals that they think have made this kind of contribution – it might have been through mentorship, innovation or volunteering time and skills.
Nominations close on April 24 2018.
The board will consider all nominations put forward, ask for more information where required and will make a decision on which awards and who they will recognise in 2018. This will be announced at the NZSCA AGM in Queenstown on Friday 25 May.
