NZ Specialty Coffee Guild – Extraction Workshop – Wellington

A chance to have a get-together and geek out over the best beverage in town.
This fun interactive evening will be hosted by Sarah Stephen, Guild committee member and 2017 Brewers Cup finalist from Mojo Beanery, who will explain the basic principles of coffee extraction within one hour.
The participants will use their olfactory and taste systems to match different flavours/tastes within the coffee extraction soluble compounds graph.
There will be a fun quiz which will encompass tasting brewed coffee and matching its recipe to the graph. And prizes up for grabs!
