Who are your customers? All the living beings on this caffeinated planet.
Describe your ideal customer: Just be yourself our lovely customers, there will be only ideal coffee bean supplier 🙂
How do you reach your customers? (online, storefront, in person, on the phone, etc) Close to 70% of our regulars are word of mouth by their friends or families, the rest are through social media and our retail shop.
What’s something you sell/offer that not many people might know about: We offer barista training and support to help all sizes of coffee-related businesses.
Tell us about any advances over time that you’ve embraced. These may be technological, sustainability, or HR for example We offer over 10 different single-origin coffee and blends batch roasted on-site. We cup our coffee daily to nail the flavour as well as the ratio of all blends.
What has been the project/concept/service that you’re most proud of? We have consistently won the silver awards from the Australian coffee awards since 2018. We have won the silver of golden bean awards since 2018 also.
What gets you and your team out of bed in the morning? Why do you do what you do?
1) Can’t stop thinking of the smell of fresh coffee and burning race car engine.
2) We love coffee and are passionate about it.
Do you think the expertise of industry is appreciated by the general coffee drinking public? It’s definitely getting better and better.
In an ideal world, where would you like to see the future of our industry? More and more environment-friendly coffee roasters and cafes, and of course a fair and equitable competition between them.
What’s in the future for your company? Any current projects that you are proud of? We will be one of the best coffee roaster in NZ one day. The quantity of coffee we have produced from the first year 30kg weekly till now up to 300kg weekly.
