Join NZSCG at Toasted in this education-focused event as we explore how the makeup of our brewing water effects coffee extraction and flavour.
With two different coffees and three customised waters, we will be evaluating the difference in flavour and measuring the extractions. Find out how to measure your own brew water at home or in the cafe.
