Shortly, you will be receiving your renewal notices and invoices for the 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021 period. As always, we welcome all coffee roasters, green bean purveyors and companies that provide a service or product to our unique New Zealand specialty coffee industry. This is your opportunity to be a part of the future, network and contribute to your coffee community.
Traditionally, the AGM is held in May following the rollover of a new financial year. In light of the Covid-19 effect on gatherings and events, we have decided to change the 2020 AGM, due to be held on 21-22 of May at Sherwood into an online format. This will still be held on Friday 22 May. We sincerely apologise to all those who have booked flights and accommodation.
We are currently researching the alternative which is to create a pared-back meeting online. Using Eventbrite to register attendees and DropBox to share information, we believe we will still achieve our constitutional obligations. We thank you for your understanding.
