NZSCA Symposium 2014

The forth annual NZSCA Symposium is coming up this November in Wellington!
Venue: Mac’s Function Centre
Date: Friday 7 November
Time: 8.30am for a 9am start, 5pm finish time

Theme: Knock the Bastard Off
The theme for this year’s Symposium is inspired by a famous quote from NZ explorer Edmund Hillary.
After his successful ascent of Mt Everest, as he and Tenzing Norgay were descending from the summit, Hillary declared to George Lowe, “Well, we knocked the bastard off!”
Our speakers will reveal their journey in conquering their Everest to the Symposium audience – what obstacles were in the way, what help they enlisted on the climb up, whether they’ve yet made it to the summit, what the descent looks like.
Wellington is the host city for this year’s Symposium with a distinguished line up of guest speakers from the international coffee industry.
NZSCA Symposium includes six presentations – four of which are presented to all guests. Two presentations are made in ‘break-out’ rooms where the groups are smaller and interaction greater. The end of the day will bring all the speakers together with a panel discussions.
All meals, coffee and drinks provided. Don’t miss out!
