The New Zealand Barista Championships Workshop is designed for baristas who are thinking of competing and would like clarity on the Rules & Regs from experienced judges.
The workshop this year will cover aspects of the World Barista Championship, World Latte Art Championship & World Brewers Cup.
It is a evening workshop covering some of technical and sensory/visual aspects of the Championships. This workshop is invaluable for anyone serious about competing NZ’s premiere barista events.
All the World Championship rules & regulations and scoresheets have been updated for 2015 and the NZ Barista Championships Workshop has evolved accordingly. We will not have time to go through every rule there is however we will focus on the critical scoring points.

Well don’t listen to hearsay about past Championship events. Learn from NZ’s most experienced judges with the updated rules and regulations and scoresheets. Ask for clarity from our most experenced judges!
