Workshop outline
This year’s workshop will cover off the basic elements of judging the Championships. But will go into depth on the 2017 rule changes & focus on sensory more than any other element. We will explore in depth, espresso and milk beverages more than any other category. We will also open up discussion on all elements within the championship. So come prepared with those curly questions.
Remember to read and review the new Rules and Regulations prior to the workshop.
You will be sent a link to an online written assessment prior to the workshop, it is essential that this is completed prior to the Workshop. The written assessment includes coffee knowledge and rules and regulations 2017 questions.
This workshop is a minimum pre- requisite for all MFNZBC Judges all bookings through eventbrite>
Thanks to all of our 2017 sponsors
