The NZ Roaster Guild presents Lilliana de Narvaez
Lillian de Narvaez owns five coffee farms in the “Cordillera de Apaneca” mountain range in the Western Region of El Salvador.
El Salvador and central America have been hit this year with one of the worst cases of leaf rust (Roya) in years. Lilliana will discuss what leaf rust is and how the Monte Sion farms have managed to fight against the rust and what the outlook is for the coming season.
