Short description of the event:
After input and feedback from the Latte Art Championship competitors, Hanna from the NZBG committee is organising a workshop for those who want to improve in their basic technical skills particularly for the Latte Art Championship.
We would be going through each section of the technical score sheet covering the basic tamping skills, acceptable wastage, cleanliness, basic hygiene, and organised workplace etc…
THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT ABOUT POURING LATTE ART
$10 per person to attend the workshop, and some nibbles/bites will be served afterwards (food cost included). Please make sure you bring cash on the day.
Have fun catching up with your fellow baristas and it will be an awesome chance to learn more!
