The New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association is pleased to announce that the 2014 Huhtamaki NZ Barista Championship will be held within a new event – Caffeination!

Caffeination, the New Zealand festival of coffee, promises to stir up coffee lovers all over the country, luring them with the aromas of freshly roasted coffee and new tastes and experiences. Visitors will also get to see the country’s best baristas go head to head in the Huhtamaki New Zealand Barista Championship, hosted by the New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association.
The New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association is pleased to endorse and support the Festival and as New Zealand’s most centrally located city, Wellington is the perfect setting for such a coffee showcase and its newest venue, Shed 6, the ideal location right on the Wellington waterfront.
Coffee industry leaders will educate, inform, network and showcase the very best that coffee and related products have to offer in what will be the ideal platform to grow their business. Coffee lovers will be treated to tastings from numerous coffee roasters and brands, and they’ll learn all about the different ways their favourite drink can be served.
